Postpartum Supportive SELF Care

The Postpartum period is a time to honor yourself and heal your Body, Mind, and Spirit. It is a time to get back INTO your body in new and transformitive ways.

​

In a Postpartum Supportive SELF Care class we discuss and practice ways in which to support your healing belly through Self Massage, Breathwork and Stretching. It is my goal to give you, Mother, the tools you need to help yourself heal. I invite you to join me as you rediscover yourSelf, your belly, your body, your core. A strong family starts with YOU.
